Action on Tuesday saw Paul Gaffney and Garrett Pilkington (playing for Simon Bowers) beat Michael O'Brien and Michael Carey (playing for Tom Shortt) by two frames to nil.
At Beechbrook Jack Leeson and David Johnston overcame Peter Evans and Ross Reynolds (playing for Andrew Fennell) by two frames to nil.
Over at Sunrise, Niall Ferns and Tim Hazelton beat Hugh Valentine and Ronan Cusack by a two - nil margin.
Well done to Jack Leeson (partner of David Johnston) and Andrew Leeson (partner of Keith Stringer) becoming the first brothers in the quarter finals !
Just one Round of 16 match remains, Angus Stringer & Angus Woods VS Tommy Synnott & Peter Valentine which will be played on Wednesday in Beechbrook at 9pm.

Just a reminder that our finale night will be Friday 6th February in The Castle Inn Newcastle when the Cyril Stringer Cup will be presented to the winners and the charity funds given over to both Greystones Cancer and Co Wicklow Alzheimer's Association.
