Action last night finished late at both Sunrise and Ballyloughlin as Group 9 and 11 finished. In a tight shootout Jack Leeson and David Johnston emerged victorious and will represent Group 9 while over at Ballyloughlin Niall Ferns and Tim Hazelton forced last year's champion, John Duff, into third place. Group 11 also boasted a record of three drawn games.
Paul Gaffney's Group 13 will finish tonight and the draw will be held on Saturday night at 9pm in The Castle Inn Newcastle. Hope to see you all there.
