Cyril Stringer Snooker Cup

2018 sees the 12th edition of the competition. We started back in 2006 with a modest 9 groups of players which has risen this year to 17 player groups. The Cup is named in the memory of Cyril Stringer who brought the first full size snooker table to the Newcastle area. The winning pair and the runners up both receive commemorative plaques with the Cup for the winners of course. This year our winning pair also received a case of American Amber beer with thanks to Mark Fennelly at Wicklow Wolf.
