This year we were fortunate to have a total of 17 different groups in our tournament. As there are 17 groups and 17 qualifying pairs, there is a need for a play off.
At the second round draw on Saturday 18th Feb, the last two teams left in the draw drum were Team 13 led by Paul Byrne and Team 14 led by Michael Carey. These two teams will play off in a best-of-three to decide who goes through to round robin 4 on Friday 3rd March at Leabeg.
