Important Note

Just to clarify if, for some reason, a Group player is not in a position to play on a night then it is the responsibility of the Captain to arrange for a substitute to play. The sub can cover either of the two nights for the missing player. In that event the points will be awarded to the original player in terms of the Group rankings. If a Captain is having difficulty arranging a sub for any given night then he should contact Keith Stringer or Gerry Reynolds for assistance.

In the event that a sub is identified and that this sub is ALREADY signed up to another Group then the sub must play "to make up numbers" and will receive no points and cannot qualify for the knock-out phase as a sub.

During the knock out phase the top two players from each Group will play. In the event that one of the top pair cannot play in any knock-out match ( 2nd round, quarter and semi-final and final) it will be the responsibility of the team Captain to arrange for one of the existing Group to act as substitute for that game or games.
